If you create an account, keep your credentials secure, review activity and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not transfer your account without our written approval.

Do not violate laws or others’ rights; introduce malware; bypass security; collect others’ information without permission; send spam or fraud; disrupt the store; or copy its content for commercial use without authorization. We may restrict access for a material breach or security risk.

Descriptions and images

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Screen colors, updated packaging, natural materials and manufacturing tolerances may create minor differences. Review dimensions, materials, intended species, weight guidance, compatibility and instructions before ordering.

Safe product use

Choose items appropriate for your pet’s species, size and needs. Follow product instructions, supervise use when appropriate, inspect items for wear and remove broken or loose parts. Keep small components away from children and unsuitable animals. No toy or accessory is indestructible. Ask a veterinarian about medical conditions or special needs; website information is not veterinary advice.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, but does not itself guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may review, decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, material pricing or listing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, unusual quantities, delivery restrictions or a breach of these Terms. If payment was collected for a canceled order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method. Consumer purchases are for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed.

Prices and currency

Unless checkout states otherwise, prices are displayed and processed in USD. The price shown at checkout when you submit the order applies, subject to correction of material errors as permitted by law. Shipping, taxes, customs, import duties and handling charges may be additional; amounts we collect are shown before payment. Destination authorities or carriers may collect separate charges.

Promotions and discounts

Offers may have dates, minimum spends, product exclusions, usage limits or stock limits. Unless the offer says otherwise, codes cannot be combined, added after purchase or exchanged for cash, and discounts do not apply to earlier orders. Specific promotion conditions govern that offer.

Payment authorization

Provide a valid payment method you are authorized to use. Transactions depend on authorization from your bank, card issuer or payment provider. Payment services handle payment information. We will never request your complete card number, security code or payment password by email, phone or text.

Shipping

Our separate Shipping Policy explains preparation times, charges, estimated transit times, tracking and international charges. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, customs, remote areas and incorrect addresses can affect delivery. Please check your address before checkout and contact us promptly about errors.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the choices and remedies required by applicable law, including consent to a delay or cancellation and refund where required.

Cancellations and corrections

Email service@furlivopets.com within 12 hours of placing an order to request cancellation or an address change. We will try to help, but fulfillment may begin before we can act. A shipped order generally cannot be changed. This request window does not remove any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights.

Intellectual property

Original site text, imagery, graphics, layouts, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. You may use them for personal shopping. Do not republish, commercially exploit, substantially reproduce or remove rights notices without permission. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or suggestion, ensure you have the rights to share it, that it is truthful to your knowledge, that incentives are disclosed and that it does not violate others’ rights or contain harmful or unlawful material. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, format, display and use your submission to operate, improve and promote our store. We may moderate or remove submissions that breach these Terms.

External sites, payment tools and tracking services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Review their policies when using them. We do not control independent third-party content or availability.

Shopify’s role

Shopify provides ecommerce technology for our store. Your purchase is with Hangzhou Ledu Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Furlivopets™, rather than with Shopify. Nothing here limits rights you have against a party under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify and providers involved in payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, analytics or support may process information needed to provide their services. Please review the Privacy Policy for details and available rights.

Optional tools

Some third-party tools or optional features may have their own conditions. We may add, modify or remove website functions when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
